Diff b/w CRT Lunch & Dinner (other than the menu)?

Other than the menu, what is the difference between lunch and dinner at Cinderella's round table?

Are the princesses the same, as in a few come out around to the tables? Does the fairy godmother come out?

Princesses are the same. Fairy Godmother hasn't been a regular there in many years. Dinner used to be her and the mice but now it's all princesses all the time.
