Diez (10) Noches Calientes en la Riviera Mexicana/17 de abril 2011 (4.17.11 Wonder!)

Got our Palo Brunch, Pirate Ship in PV and Dolphin Swim in Cabo. :woohoo: :woohoo: Karen, Susan and I were all on the phone and on-line getting it done. Once the system let me in it really was quite fast. :goodvibes But still can't get in the on-line checkin. :confused3 Good night everyone!!

I was able to manage most of our ressies, but can't do the on line check in either! Will try bright and early tomorrow!

We booked too. But soon after we finished, I noticed DCL website moving REALLY slow. Not able to check in either. Would love to see the traffic the server is getting right now. :rotfl:

Tomorrow should be better for online check in :thumbsup2

szubieta-looks like we are doing the same excursions at P.V. and cabo.do you book the dolphin excursion on day 1 or 2 in cabo?

Day 2...it didn't have anything to book on Day 1 yet. They can move the ports in a hurry but the excursions might take some time. :confused3 Are you doing the dolphin swim or encounter...we will be doing the swim.

Ok, so I have been playing around with the lanyard/badge design to see if I could spice it up a bit. Let me know if something like this would work. :goodvibes

We're doing the swim on day 2 at 8:45 am; what time are you guys signed up for?

Virdis, I had to laugh, my husband immediately thinks of server traffic as well. He is a network guy now, but we both worked for several years at data centers in Santa Clara. I can't wait to meet you, Anne-Marie and the kids. I think we have a lot in common.

I just found this on the MR thread. It's last weeks Navigators.

Thanks Sandy for posting the links to the Navigators. I am all over them, printing them each out. I know ours will be a little different, but I bet for at least these 7 days they will be the same. I really like the movie/t.v schedule. On our 2 day cruise we did not get that. My DH and I aimlessly flipped though the channels on the tv wondering what movies they were showing and what times. A guide would have been helpful.

Helen, I love the graphic you did for the lanyard. I really like it.

For meets, other then embarkation day, do we each want to schedule one that works for our schedule that we agree to "host" (show up to) and those of us that can make it will come. I know everyone's schedules will be different, but if we know if advance maybe we can make it. I am going to look at the Navigators and then I will schedule a coffee in the Outlook Cafe, I like the view from up there.

I am booked for the pirate ship in PV and Dolphins in Cabo. What is everone doing in Manzanillo. I can't decide... anyone been there before with recommendations?

we have dolphin encounter at 8:45,on day 2.we have nothing booked for the first day also, just planing to take a tender and explore the shops on our own.
there are very mixed reviews of the first cruise, looks like this people took diferent cruises.i think when it comes our time, they should have work that minors details.

May I ask who you called to get the Cabo dolphin swim? We tried to get just the kids and it said it was sold out... does anyone know if it is likely to free up before or on the cruise?

No problemo...:thumbsup2

After seeing the time of the muster, 3:30p on the current MR cruise. If I can't get to the 3p meet on embarkation day to get my FE list, let me know your stateroom # ahead of time if you don't plan to upgrade at port. :flower3:

DCL. I believe you have to have one adult with any children.

Sandy is probably right about needing an adult to book kids. DCL shows at least 3 spaces left for the 7:45 am dolphin swim; all the other time slots are filled. But I'm sure they'll have additional spaces set up for our first day in Cabo (whenever they finally get around to posting those.)

Connie and I have been working on the lanyard designs and have come up with 2 more options. Connie is going to put them all on our cruise website so that we can take a poll on the designs. Here are the 2 new ones.

I also want to thank the Disigners who created the graphics we are using. I know that Milliepie is the Disigner of the Mickey and Friends characters. Not sure who created the original Med. cruise lanyard or the Mickey pyramid but we thank them none the less.

Awesome Kristi....can't wait to meet you guys in person. I will try to not over do it on the tech talk. I am a systems engineer that architects intranet/extranet environments using something called Sharepoint.

OUCH.....that was Ann kicking me to cut the tech talk!! Usually I'm at a disadvantage with all of her friends who are in education like her :teacher:

I am sure we will have a fun table on the cruise.....btw...Ann says she is going to follow up with you soon.
