Yes!! I hope you still plan on coming for Christmas, We'd love to meet you in the park to play.I'm praying we still get to go to Disneyland after Christmas, I just might get to meet you then and I WILL know what you look like.I'm so happy for you, that you hubby will be home for the holidays!
That reminds me...Susan, how's your brother doing?![]()
Dany, that's a really nice pic of you all.
I just had a wonderful night last night and have to share. 2 of my ex-foster sons called me. They are living back in town and want to get together. Can't believe I haven't seen them in 6 years. They're 15 &16 now and JoJo was 1 1/2 when they last saw him. Of course JoJo only knows them by the pictures we took at DL. Boy, time sure flies.![]()
...
I have a question...where will they let us use to meet on board?
YAY! You'll love it. We are going to Mickey's Trick or Treat Party that night. Anyone have a cute costume for me to borrow? I'm in a Cruella mood.![]()
I think we could meet anywhere there's room. On our first cruise we did the meet up on deck 10 before the sailaway party. Bad idea - way too crowded and hectic. Last cruise it was in the Promonade Lounge, which worked out well, but this group may end up too big for there. Where did some of you other previous cruisers meet?
Have a good time! DD is really looking forward to World of Colors so here's hoping for good weather.YAY! You'll love it. We are going to Mickey's Trick or Treat Party that night.![]()
That sounds like me, always bugging DD for pictures. I threatened not to take her with us to the med cruise unless she agreed to let me take as many pictures as I pleased. It worked! Thanks, Sandy! We took it on our last cruise. Both DD and DH hate posting for pictures - I had to promise that if we finally got a good one I wouldn't bug them about taking any pictures next April - I wonder if they really believe I'm going to stick with that!![]()

Sandy, Have you heard any more from Mike about booking a group for the Pirate Excursion? Are we still able to do it independently if DCL is booking? Thanks for looking into it for us.Ok, I can do one group and that szubieta(2a/1c), kwemett(2a) & Susiesark(3a/1c) so that's 9. I can take a few more people to get 1 group of about 12. I will find out how we reserve with or without a down also.

My friend's family may be interested but it's too far in advance to plan for them. She hasn't even chime in on the Disboard yet. I think it sounds fun but DH thought otherwise. How far in advance do you need to book and what is their cancellation policy? No, he's waiting for me to book the 12 to 15 people so he'll e-mail me a confirmation. It still stands at 9 with the 5 of us and your 4. He said at least 12 to get the 20% off. Anyone else decided yet? I'm ready to call him back.![]()
Looks like we have some port adventures that we might be on together. We are also hoping to get the Pirate Ship in PV and the Dolphin Swim in Cabo.
Which excursion is this for? Is it the one with the pirate ship? If so I think we were planning on doing this through DCL but we may change. No, he's waiting for me to book the 12 to 15 people so he'll e-mail me a confirmation. Hubby finally received his call from Mickey telling him about the April cruise we're all on. He was SUPER surprised!!! I ordered him lots of unique embroidered monogrammed Disney clothes to wear on board... his family had a laugh at all the "Captain Ron" items (he's a boat captain, and I'd love for him to wear his hat on the trip, but know he won't). He just loves the sea, but will be viewing it from a whole new perspective this time around. He was concerned about all the hustle and bustle but I informed him that, for the most part, we can do what we wish, and not partake in what we don't want, while onboard. I like reading the discussion boards to see little hints on what "laid back" kind of things we can do. Simply gazing at the ocean, eating without preparation, and escaping to the magic of Disney will be our mode. All the shore excursions everyone is talking about sounds like fun, but our little one will still be quite little at cruise-time, and we'll just have to see new parts of the world through a little kid's eyes. I'm enjoying the commoradery that everyone presents on these discussion boards. It's like we'll have an extended family once on board. This will be unlike any other vacation we've taken! Thanks to all for your contribution to the magic we feel being a part of this Disney Cruise!!!
Does anyone dress up for pirate night (meaning adults)? We have some KICKIN' Halloween outfits that could double up for the cruise!! Anyone know what night they tend to have it (at sea night, last night)? I think I'll be bringing more extras (FE, FE gifts, Disney themed door magnets, etc.) than my own clothes this trip!!
thank you all for your welcome.regarding disneyland, well we visited disneyland paris a couple of times,is not the same but dd is litte, and she can't do some rides, and is frustrating.the cruise is so more relaxed, the charathers are everywhere and they take the time to bond whith children.we intende to visit california another time,i almost conviced dh to the reposiocional cruise to vancoveur, and then the alaska cruise,or maybe back to back salings in the new fantasy next year,i want to go to castaway cay.
szubieta-we live in portugal.its a beatiful country.if you like wine,we will be taking some botles of our own wine.we are late dining,if you are late came by our table we love to share.
april will come soon
bye and regards to all

Cabo Dolphins is awesome and it's literally right next to the tender dock. If anyone in your party doesn't want to do the excursion, they are still allowed in to watch, just no pictures. They offer a CD of 20 photos for $169 (2008 prices) so try to get in the same group with someone you know and share the CD. You can print the photo at home and have the file for reuse/share plus it's a lot of cheaper than $25 a print!

I'm not planning on dressing me up or any of our family just because I don't want to go through the hassle of packing extra items! I know, what a party pooper right??
However, I will be right there with my glass in hand celebrating along with everyone![]()
