OKAY GUYS I KNOW THAT THERE IS GOING TO BE ALOT TO SAY ABOUT DIETS PILLS

HERE IT GOES

JUST STARTED A NEW JOB AND OF COURSE IT CONSISTS OF SITTING DOWN FOR 8 HOURS AND SINCE THEN I HAVE GAINED 10 POUNDS AND NEED TO LOSE THEM ASAP

I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE ARE DIETS PILLS OUT THERE THAT HAVE WORKED FOR ANYONE LATELY
I AM GOING TO THE GYM STARTING TOMORROW I WENT BEFORE BUT NOW WITH THE NEW HOURS IT JUST HARDER BUT I AM MAKE TIME NOW
I ONLY EAT TWICE A DAY NOT A BIG SNACK PERSON NO COFFEE NOR SODA OKAY 1 CAN AT LUNCH OF DIET THATS IT I PROMISE

I WANT TO LOSE THE 10 POUNDS AND MAYBE 5 MORE BUT 10 FOR NOW HELP

Juliette, I wish I could say there are magic pills that will make your 10 pounds go away. Unfortunately, I'm afraid it doesn't work that way.

The only way to get rid of those 10 pounds is to stop eating the stuff that helped you put on the 10 pounds in the first place. The key is that you've got to change the way you're eating for the long-term or you'll just keep putting on and taking off that same 10 pounds - no fun!!

The first step is to drink water - lots of water! You'll feel fuller and you'll be helping your body get healthier.

The second step is to figure out what you're eating that is causing you to gain weight. If you're eating too much sugary stuff, then cut back.

There are no quick fixes, although people who start Atkins or South Beach have been known to lose 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks.

We really focus on being healthy, and that means changing our habits to HEALTHY habits!

Like Doreen said, you've got to figure out what you're doing that causing you to be heavier than you want- whether it's too much food, the wrong food, or not enough activity.

Then find a plan that will fit your life, and make it a new healthy habit.

Again, there are no magic pills or quick fixes. Since you say you've started a new job and it means lots of sitting, perhaps you need to develop an exercise routine to make up for any former activity that you're not getting any more.

You need to eat more often than twice a day. You are slowing down your metabolism when you do that. You should eat about every 4 hours if you can. Even if its just something small. And DON'T skip breakfast. Its what starts your body off in the morning. Even a power bar on the way to work is better than nothing. If you have 2 big meals, then shorten the portions you eat and make 3 or meals out of those 2.

I used to do the 2 meals a day thinking that was all i needed, and i slowed my metabolism down to a crawl and gained a lot. Its been a battle to get it going again.

I've never tried diet pills. I think amost any of them will work short term, but you never really know whats in them. So its better to just try and change your habits if you can.
