did you name your RV ?

Thought we was the only ones that nicknamed the camper. Since we have a Forest River Wildcat, we of course call it the Cathouse. Just haven't found that perfect red light for out front.

Like I said before, our old coachman was the "doggie camper" , our new TT is a Montana Mountaineer , and we are trying to figure out if the sign guy can make us letters to make it a Mouse-a-neer. and make it blend in.

That would be cool!!! Im sure it can be done.

Our first big tent we named the "Love shack" when we had a party and had it up for those too far gone to get home. The next 3 pop ups were Love Shack II III & IV.

Ours doesn't have a name yet but it's going to be the "Flinstone Mobile" if DH doesn't fix the floor before we head down to the Fort in August!

However, our GPS is named "Hal".

We named ours Grace. By the Grace of the Lord we don't have to camp in
a tent anymore. :cool1: We sent out annoucements to everyone telling them we had an addition to the family. Grace, she came home on Apr. 1, 2006 weighing in at 4250lbs and was 26 foot long. :woohoo:

The Trailblazer that we pull it with we named Popeye because he has to eat his spinach to pull Grace and my DH's car is an Aveo so we call it Cricket.

PenskeSth1,

My son would love your truck!! He's really into Transformers right now & loves Optimus! So do I, my dad was a trucker, so I have a special affection from him:) . My brother's a firefighter, so he also likes him, as he is now a fire truck (& b/c of our dad).

Getting back to the regularly scheduled thread....

Our tent is called the Portable Hotel, b/c someone when we were camping said it looked like a hotel once, compared to the rest of the tents people had.:lmao: I think once we get an RV, it will be called "The Rust Bucket" after the one in Ben 10 on Cartoon Network. My oldest has already determined this. It's his current favorite show.

Well I called the camper "The guest house" but my kids started calling it Kanga because its a rockwood ROO (kangaroo).
And we call the GPS "THE NAGRAVADER" because it tells ya the same stuff over and over.

We will be picking up our new TT in 2 weeks and are open for name suggestions. My DH really liked the "Cram-it-All Inn" - that's so funny! So far the only thing I can come up with is the "Rollin Ramada" or the "Cruisin Cottage".

:rotfl: love it!

lately i would call mine"piece of cr###p" brand new and at the dealer waiting for parts(2008 newmar grandstar) if fuel stays as high as it's been; maybe the rv dealers will learn there is more to the business then just selling the unit. good service and a smile are still the best selling features you can offer!
