We saw if for the first time in December 2004. It was okay for us. Most likely, we will do it again next time. Thankfully, my son had his hood on so he missed the whole stitch breathing down your neck thing.

I said "no" because I would never wait in line for it. I didn't when I went on it, so I didn't waste my time, but any more than 5 minutes in line, I wouldnt see it being worth it, personally.

I'll be honest, I think it is a downgrade from Alien Encounter. That was a one of a kind emotional thriller. Trying to mix that with the kid friendly Stitch is pretty problematic. I don't think it was a wise idea, but the finished product isn't as bad as many people make it seem. If I didn't love Stitch, or the visible remnants of Alien Encounter I'm not sure I'd still like it. And the chili breath is right up there with Figment's skunk. Why couldn't Stitch have sprayed some nice smell like the apple pie in Philharmagic? I suggest everyone try it once, and if you don't like it? ...You don't have to go back again...

None of my family liked it. We went because there was no wait. Very disapointed with it after all of the hype. The chili dog breath was absolutly disgusting.

I never went on Alien Encounter, so even still, I don't like it.

We all liked it fine when we visited in April. We agreed that we wouldn't wait on line a long time for repeat viewing, but if the wait was 10 min. or less, we'd visit Stitch again.

We liked it, didn't love it. It was better than Alien Encouter that it replaced, but not as wonderful as say Mickey's Philharmagic.

Actually - I liked it better the 2nd time we did it. It seemed like it was very busy and we missed a lot the first time around. I also found myself comparing it to Alien Encounter the first time. I think it was OK but not great.

My DS 24 and DS16 went on it first. They love Stitch and said we had to do it. I do admit I loved AE but was surprised after reading so many negative reports on the boards that this is a cute attraction. I will do it on each trip (maybe just once -- but that's all I did AE).

My family and I tried it in Dec, there was no wait. One of the other posters is right, that dog breath is gross. We tried it, we didnt think it was that great, we wont go on it again.

Not even close to being similar. Philharmagic is a 3D movie (it's great). There are effect such as water being sprayed and smells being sprayed into the theater. It was terrific.

Stitch is audioanimatronic with some sensations through the harness and smells (the disgusting chili dog).

They are being compared because they are the 2 newest attractions. And I agree that Philharmagic is much, much, much better.

What happens just before the stink smell ?

Maybe the ride will be better if people hold their nose just before the stink smell.

Like when the bees come out in Tough to be a Bug in AK - just lean foward when the bees come out and you wll not be poked in the back.

Any hints on the Stitch ride ?

We went last week, only to see what it was like. Won't go back. There are too many other greats (HM, PP, etc.) to waste time on yet another 'update' on the old 'Mission to Mars' building. DH commented that Tomorrowland seems like "Yesterdayland" the whole area seems in need of a rehaul.

The stink comes right after Stitch starts arguing with the CM over who's chili dog it is and you hear him gobble it up.
