I had decided that I would start looking at the positive side of things instead of ocusing on the negative. At first it was hard and I had to keep catching myself but now it seems like it is becoming a habit. ( Believe me I am not Marry Poppins I do slip up here and there
The best part about it is that I think this has put me in an over all better mood. I just feel like a happier lerson.
