Did you ever lose it at Disney

I didn't lose it but the "friend" I was with did. She ended up screaming at me, in the middle of EPCOT, that if she fell over and died it would be all my fault. Not a friend anymore.

Unfortunately it is on video tape to make it worse.

Can't remember the exact reason why i got ' set off ' but all I remember is turning around walking down main street and as my husband was video taping ( this is long before the type with the screen , so it is up to his eye ) and I slam the damm video camera into his face / eye. He kept taping the entire time and said some stupid remark like " this tape might come in handy someday " . Luckily he did not get a black eye !!

Dh and I took my Niece(8) and nephew(10) 2 years ago without their parents. Mind you we have no children! The 7 day trip at Disney went Okay..
Dh blew up at Nephew while we were waiting in line at SM, After telling them in every ride "watch who's in front of you "(kept stepping on peoples feet) After the 10th time of stepping on one ladies foot in Sm queue(imagine the poor lady) my husband told him if he does it again he was going to" chop his legs of!!!" You can imagine my Nephews face.
2nd part of the trip at Universal was my turn to have the meltdown, Again ,we are not used to having children with us we can definately sympathize with all the parents out there. All day long they were nagging each other in the pool "don't touch me" " your splashing me" ( you in a **** pool of course your going to get splashed) "thats mine" "Shut up" Dh and I kept drinking the pina colada's. My the end of the day I had just about had enough, we were in the room they were hitting each other with the Pillows.
We were supposed to meet friends and there kids who we traveled down there with. I grabbed the two of them and told them the were going in the Daycare for the evening because I couldn't stand listening to them any longer. They thought I was kidding until I was getting the beeper and waving to them through the window. I only left them in there for 2 hours because I felt bad. When I picked them up they said" Auntie that was really fun" I said i'm glad you enjoyed it because it cost you $20 each out of Universal spending money. They didn't like it very much after that. LOL :rotfl: :rotfl:

I don't remember any of my family ever "losing it" in Disney. Got a bit grumpy at times, but never "losing it." However, we've seen many full-blown arguments and fights that other guests have participated in. My family usually all grin at one another and say, "Looks like they're having a Disney moment," in sugary-sweet voices. "A Disney moment" is our secret phrase for bratty kids, shouting matches, and basic bad behavior demonstrated in public.
