So happy for everyone who was able to book, love to hear everyone's plans!!

I got lucky and was able to book our 1st choice. Wilderness Lodge for 8 nights

My 1st choice was POFQ so I was disappointed when it wasn't included. My 2nd choice was POR and you know how that went. I almost booked CSR, but at the last minute I decided on ASMu and upgraded to the Dining Plan.
I might not being staying where I planned, but I'm at Disney and that's all the matters to me.

I was able to book too. My 1st choice if it was included would have been POR and 2nd if included would have been 2 rooms at ASMo. Knowing out first 2 choices were out we decided to go with 2 rooms at ASMu and had no problems getting the dates we wanted.

I was able to book too We have 3 families in our party and we all managed to get what we wanted! in total, 5 rooms at POP for 10 nights November 15-25. Can't wait!

I was able to book with virtually no difficulty, no wait, and got my first choice (once I found out POR wouldn't be included).

I booked the RO discount, but I didn't get up especially early. I didn't have a particular resort in mind so I waited for the feeding frenzy to be over. After the computer crash last week, I am happy that we didn't have a repeat this week. Glad to see people getting what they want.

Yes, I did! Pop was my first choice and that's what I got. We will be there from 9/7-9/13.

11/12-11/21, Contemporary Tower-Theme Park View

But we moved our dates forward a day and were able to book a Bay Lake View.

I'm excited to be trying a new resort but disappointed about the date change. Last year was our first trip, and our last day was a Saturday then as well. It was the busiest day of our entire trip so I was trying to avoid that this time.

Still, am thrilled to be going again during Free Dining and hoping we love staying on the monorail!

We got our first choice, Cars suite.

9/20-9/27 at AoA Cars Suite. 2 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant. Five day tickets. $3562.
We had been booked on a PIN but this saved us $700 more than the PIN did. YEa!

ASMo was my first choice but after the DV offer I knew that wasn't a possibility so then my first choice became POP. What a gruesome morning.

I stayed up until midnight to see if the online offer came out and it didn't so I set my alarm for 6am CST. The offer wasn't available online so I kept checking the DIS boards and calling constantly only to get a busy signal. Finally the offer showed up on the US site but it wasn't working properly, it kept saying my dates weren't eligible and giving me a room offer instead that only knocked $3-$5 per night off of every single property. Finally I got through with the dining offer and the only resort available was Sports. Nooooooooooo! But I had to have the free dining so after going back through and re-checking a couple of times I booked Sports.

Then, because I can't leave well-enough alone I went back to check again, I honestly couldn't believe every value resort was sold out of the offer except for Sports, and I got the same result. So I changed the dates slightly to see when POP was available. My original dates were October 3-11 but when I put in October 2-11 all of a sudden POP was available. What?! They're the same dates! So I asked on the dining thread what to do and was told to go ahead and book it so I did. I then had 2 reservations, one for 10/3-11 at Sports and one for 10/2-11 at POP. All of this combined took close to 2 hours and then I had to get to class (even gave up showering this morning for this!).

On my lunch I called and finally got through to cancel the sports ressie and modify the POP ressie to knock off the first day. All is now set for October 3-11 at POP, so yes I did get my first choice

I am SOOOOOO excited! These offers never work out for me. Now I have to look through the extra magical hours and then dining to make plans!

I got our first choice, AOA but had to switch from Nemo to Cars. I called right when the lines opened, expecting 1-3 hour wait . I almost fell out of my chair when a cm said good morning on the first ring. I didn't have any prompts, just straight to a cm. The whole process took less than 5 minuets. I just kept thinking the stars must be in my favor. I was not expecting that. But I was over the moon!

Yes I did!!!

I was able to get my first choice (CSR) for the dates we wanted. I got up at 3:47 this am , but was never able to book until 730 or so when it was finally on the Disney site.

It's pretty much all we've talked about all day. I think I've finally converted dh. I think he's as excited as I am.

Did you get room only for the night of the 25th? I thought that day was excluded. Our package is at Sports from the 26th to the 4th and we are going to add room only for the 24th and 25th.

We wanted ASMo but we knew going in that it was excluded. Our first choice after that was Sports and we got it for 10-26 to 11-4 for 3 standard rooms. We've done POP on the last 3 trips and I wanted something different.

I was able to modify my reservation and my MIL's reservation this morning with upgraded FD at POP for Sept. 6th-13th.. I was pretty certain that there would be standard rooms still available, but called anyhow because I wanted to be certain that we could get what we wanted. It's my MIL's first trip and a value was more in her budget; otherwise we would have more than likely booked a moderate (CBR). We like POP and have no issues with staying there because it's Disney after all , but we were pretty set on a moderate before my MIL and family decided to join us on the trip. Oh well....we'll have a blast. So excited!!!

Thanks for posting. I had almost the same play-by-play except I woke up at 2:50am after checking at midnight and never went back to bed. I was also wanting POP for 10/3-10/11 and you could have knocked me over with a feather when online came up as FD sold out. Never occurred to me to try 10/2 and modify later. Bravo to you! I just stared at the iPad at offer to book Sports and I couldn't commit - went with RO. At POP instead. For us FD doesn't save us $$ but was looking forward to having it. Kudos to you!,,

Didn't call the first thing this morning because my schedule wouldn't allow for it, but called about 3:00 Est. Waited for an hour on the phone then got through to a very helpful and knowledgeable CM. We booked two rooms at the ASMu with free dining and then we upgraded to dining plus. Overall very happy. We will be there Dec. 15-20
