Seriously, the DVC resorts are no different than anywhere else you might frequent: the grocery store, doctor's office, workplace, etc. You get what you give -- if you are pleasant, considerate, and kind...it is infectious. So don't plan your future trips to WDW assuming there is going to be nothing but rude CM's and disputes of one kind or another to deal with (it's just not going to happen).
Be happy with your decision and go have some fun!
