Itās still there but under inactive listings. It was my experience as the seller, that as soon as I accepted an offer, my broker removed the listing from their website and it was gone from DVCforless the next day.
I'm sure it was. I've been busy lately so I guess I missed it. Great find!Yes got it from making offers on dvcforless, it got taken off the broker site immediately after seller agreed on offer. It was listed much higher than our agreement

Same here well this one was listed in the 100s too and same as my $82 one i bought, so you just never know what will hit. This gem was sitting on the market since last year so I guess they just got tired and I got luckyI'm sure it was. I've been busy lately so I guess I missed it. Great find!
I got one 2 years back @ $80 pp that was listed @ $107 so I know it can be done.
Hopefully you're done looking for a while.![]()
Nope. Thanks.Did you include inactive listings?
You are welcome!Nope. Thanks.
How long have you been offering for? I had so many rejected too, but every time one came up I just kept on with the plan. I was trying for aulani in the 70s too and they def got snippy with me for that lol!All I know is @Girlstar30 is inspiring me to get much more aggressive with my (numerous already rejected) offers.... Especially with SSR and AKV...
Thank you and good luck to you as well, sending pixie dust your way!you don't know the answer unless you ask! good luck with the new broker!
Wow, amazing deal!Girlstar30---$77-$17840-210-SSR-Feb- 210/26, 210/27, 210/28-Seller Pays MF '26- sent 3/13
What can I say 210 more points equals 1000 points for us![]()
After a month of haggling my goal is close to being realized (if we pass ROFR
) Lucky number 77, matches my uy, and the price is more than right!
Thank you! Im not too sure because it says estimated, I should probably ask!Wow, amazing deal!
Are closing costs $1,670?
wow! $77 and sellers paying 26 dues is a great deal. I don't think I've seen anything under 80 at SSR including stripped contracts. Hope it breezes through ROFR for you!Girlstar30---$77-$17840-210-SSR-Feb- 210/26, 210/27, 210/28-Seller Pays MF '26- sent 3/13

Thank you I will admit that I am getting really nervous and paranoid with everyone's positive comments, although it makes me really really happy, I almost feel like Disney is reading and will take it away from mewow! $77 and sellers paying 26 dues is a great deal. Ive gotten better at it with everything ive learned here. Each contract was better than the last and now its going to be over@Girlstar30 is a pioneer in the DVC haggling scene.
Could be way out of touch, but in your scenario I think it should almost be assumed the seller should pay the maintenance fees.Ive gotten better at it with everything ive learned here. Each contract was better than the last and now its going to be over
I wish I would have known what I knew now when I went for my first contract, I didn't know about asking for maint fees to be waived until after contract #2. But overall I don't think I did too bad, ssr has been good to me![]()

I agree with your sentiment, but sadly most don't see it that way...Could be way out of touch, but in your scenario I think it should almost be assumed the seller should pay the maintenance fees.
The use year is February, which gives you until next January, unless you bank the points, to use them. By the time you get the points to use, youāll be under 11 months. If itās a resort that books up quickly at 11 months, youāre basically screwed.
Again, could be out of touch. But thatās why I agreed to pay the 2026 maintenance fees for my contract with a December use year. Felt there would be no rush to use or bank them.
