Did they offer FD for general public for Aug 30-sept 7

I have lost track of the FD offers since we got it for our trip in Nov.
I am now trying to help a friend plan a trip for Aug 30 - Sept 7 ... (I'm nervous since it's so close and no plans have been made)... but didn't know if they already offered FD to general public that far out yet.

FD for the general public starts Sept 2nd I believe.your friend would have to do a split stay to take advantage of the offer.
