When people ask me why I don't root for Junior, I usually give them a two word answer: "His fans".

Nope...It's a shame, too, 'cause I actually think he's a pretty good kid. He doesn't hesitate to take the blame when he screws up, and he's always come across as much more humble than most of the guys out there. Fact is, I'd love to root for him....but it isn't going to happen when his fans all seem to act like this.

I hear you...I like to remind our race friends that I was the FIRST Jr. fan at NHIS, the years you couldn't get a Jr. shirt to save your soul....but after last summer and listening to the Jr. fans run off at the mouth, made me change my mind.
personally, I think Jr. is a driver destined for greatness, but is a bit too mainstream to attract anything other than new age fans....but that's just MHO
Oh, back to Jeffy......hair plugs or not...he's a hell of a driver...and I'm NOT a gordon fan

Looking at the pictures of Gordan it looks like he just grew his hair out on top and now has it styled really nice. As for people saying that he is gay because he divorced his wife, WTH???? There are plenty of men and women in the world who are getting divorced or are divorced. Just because they divorced their husband/wife, does that make them gay???
My best friend is getting a divorce from her husband and she is not gay.

So what if Gordan does somethings that other men don't do, like hug his pit crew when they win a race. In this day and age it's nice to see a man showing his emotions, life is way to short!!!!

I think Gordan is an excellent driver, and if I remember right someone said {after he won the Daytona 500} that he might be the next Richard Petty in the making. I don't know how the Petty fans feel about that, but it's what one of the annoucers said, not me.

But please, don't sterotype all us Jr fans! It only takes a few to give us all a bad name. Yes I would like to see Jr win a race, but when the race is over and no one was hurt or killed during the race, then it was a good one no matter who won.

I wish that people would leave Jeff Gordon alone. I know many people that make fun of him and call him gay or just plain make fun of him saying he is not man enough just because he got a divorce from his wife does not meen he is gay. As for the hair transplant.... not sure I am too busy looking at his face to notice
