My husband and I (both in our late 20s) ate there last week. Since I'm not huge on the buffet thing but big on characters, the Tony's deal was excellent for us. Tony's seems much smaller than The Crystal Palace and the layout makes it feel more intimate. It also wasn't very crowded when we were there. In the hour we dined, most of the characters got to the table twice, and this was after spending solid time with kids. As a non-parent, I wouldn't feel comfortable rating the interaction, but it seemed significant from the kids' faces I saw.
As far as the food, you pick soup, salad, or bruscetta, then an entree, and finally a dessert (cheesecake and tiramisu when we were there) each. At heart, it's all you can eat. Just ask for more. Drinks and bread were also plentiful.
For the little ones, I didn't read the menu, but I saw spaghetti and pizza and giant cookies for dessert.
I'd rate this one really high because Tony's is a fabulous place to visit for any reason. And Pooh and pasta are perfect.
