Did I miss an updated announcement?

The way I understand it Tusker House is closing on or about August 20th, Yak and Yeti won't open until October sometime, so there will be no restaurants of notable worth at AK?

It seems kinda silly to shut down Tusker House on the 20th of August and eliminate a whole lot of seats for lunch.

Have I missed an updated announcement? Geez with free dining in September I would think the elimination of a whole lot of seats wouldn't make any sense. Does it ?

I hope I just missed an update! There is gonna be such long lines at the rest of the restaurants if both Tusker and Yak and Yeti will both be closed.

That's what the latest is. Keep in mind though, even with free dining, this is the slowest time of the year.

I wish though that Y&Y would open sooner. We would have liked to have at least seen a menu while we are there in Sept.

Yeah not a lot of choices in AK in Sept. We have ADR for Donald's B'fast our favorite. We will miss Tusker House though.
