Did I get a good rate?

This will be my first time renting a car when dbf and I go to disney in June/July. I booked a Equinox through Alamo for 6/25-7/10/06 and got a rate of $390 including taxes and everything. Is this a good rate? TIA.

It seems like a pretty good rate. You may want to check the transportation thread for alamo coupons. There is a 15% off and more. I saved an additional $33 on my ressie by adding the coupon.

Visit MouseSavers.com-Alamo and try applying some of the codes and coupons that they have available on the website. I used one of the Walmart codes (Rate Code BY, ID# 430710 )and got a rate of $363 for the same car for your rental period. And if you use the printable coupon from the American Casino Guide link at MouseSavers (coupon DT9B for $15 off 4 days or more), you save another $15 off your rental. Total = $345.35.

Thanks for your fast responses. I did book it using the 430710/BY Walmart codes but I had totally forgotten about that American Casino Coupon...I had printed it out about a month ago and stashed it in a drawer. So thank you so much for that reminder. Now it's down to $372.86 (different from your quote probably due to different pick up/drop off times) Thanks again for all the help!!!
