December 18th and we are still waiting! Ours must have gotten lost

Haven't seen ours in Ontario yet, got our planner months ago! It is making me mad with future trip plans, augh!

We haven't received our planner nor the Vacation Magic. We called MS about two weeks ago to get them sent again. I think my mail carrier is eating my mail. Especially the stuff he thinks is magazine or bulk rate.
