Did anyone watch Rock Star: INXS last night?

After watching tonight, I guess Dave had a change of heart.

Honestly, I think INXS already has it narrowed down to who really has a chance. I don't think it will be a woman. I have been posting on several boards about this show, and most INXS fans say they can't see a woman being there. I would bet INXS has people to guage reactions by their fans, they don't want to pick someone their fans don't want. I think some of these women are absolutely incredible (like Jordis), just not right for INXS.

I agree with you 95% I still think Jordis maybe around til close to the end, I think the guys really like her, but in the end it will most likely be a man. I think I was surprised that Jessica wasn't the one to go since she has been up there twice already and for some reason when I watch her stage presence I think all she needs is a pole! Don't get me wrong she can sing, not as good as some of them but I think she relies to much on sex appeal.

I agree with you. I think Jessica is actually one of the best singers, but she overshadows that with the way she dresses and her performance. DH asked me tonight why does she keep getting in the bottom three because she is a good singer. I told him I think that actually a lot of the viewers of the show are female (or at least most that post to boards about the show) and the sex appeal doesn't appeal to us.

She really impressed INXS to be the only one of those 3 to be recognized as doing well- and those 2 were both really good. I disagree that she should go just because she was in the bottom 3 twice. So were Susie and Tara and they both made it out. We were screaming here when se found out she made it- we can't wait to hear from her!!

I was hoping that Tara was in the bottom three. I really think she stinks. She will be gone soon. Heather was bad but I like her, sorry to see her go so early. Daphna, well all I can say is, i am glad she went. I couldn't stand that stupid walk and pose that she did in every performance. Jessica has a good voice, but she will be going soon. I think the top five will be Marty, Ty, Jordis, Mig and yes JD, for some reason I think he will hang around till then. He had a bad night, and is a bit strange, but i don't think he will win. Right now i feel strongly that Marty will be the one.

Jessica saved herself but if that performance had not been good I am sure she would have gone. They seem to have issues with her performance style more than anything.

I was shocked to say the least they let 2 people go tonight! Heather really did crappy again tonight. I was so shocked because up until now she has been really good. Daphna I thought did fine with What You Need, but apparently the band didn't think so.

Said they didn't feel bad this time about sending someone home. Can't remember the words they said, but they weren't impressed by either of the performances tonight.

They were both bad. There was no reason to keep them. They said that Heather looked like she had already given up and they said Daphna work the stage well but her vocals were bad.

Since I've been watching I've been shocked to find my opinion changing (Tara made "Mystify Me" her own, and Jessica was great tonight). Still, I'm thinking it will come down to between Mig and Ty - and I vote for Mig at this point. I don't think JD will last, I don't think the bank likes the sucking up he did the first couple of weeks. Just my thoughts.

I think JD's couple performances saved him from being in the botton three even though his version of We Are the Champions was so bad. If he has another bad performance then I think he will be walking on thin ice. But if he continues with the good performances that he is capable of I think he will be sticking around for awhile, but i don't think he will win.

Apparantly so. It seemed like he was the only one who really felt that way out of the "group".
I'm not totally surprised at the 2 eliminations. It was a good decision. I know by now they know who is the right fit for them and there's no use in prolonging anything.
Mig, Ty, Marty, JD, Jordis and Deanna seem to be high on everyone's list, and I'm sure one of them is the one. Hopefully the others will be signed by someone, because I'd love to hear more of all of them.
