Ooh, Kamy, I *hate* when that happens! Very frustrating!
OK, I'll try to sum the episode up for you:
Vaughn found out that the Bristows were attacked but India also found out about the nukes and wanted to launch a preemptive strike against the prison where the nukes were. Vaughn figured that would get Syd & Jack killed, so he convinced his boss to let him go to India to try to dissuade them (his dad and the general in charge were colleagues).
Meanwhile, while the Bristows were making their way to the prison, Jack and Irina did some friendly reminiscing about a toaster fire (!) back when Sydney was 4. A colleague of Jack's got them disguises and a truck to get them closer to the prison, but they ended up having to walk the last leg of the trip after the truck broke down.
Close to the prison, they were ambushed and Jack was shot. When he fell, he landed on a land mine. Irina and Syd saved him, and his kevlar vest prevented him from actually being hit by the bullet.
Once inside the prison, Irina drew up plans and directions for the 3 of them to deactivate cameras, re-do voice prints, etc. Jack didn't want her off on her own, thinking she had "friends" there. Irina informed him that she hadn't been an officer at the prison, she had been a prisoner there, suspected by the KGB of being a traitor.
All 3 went their separate ways, and Jack and Sydney met up outside the room where the nukes are. Irina was nowhere to be found so they proceeded. They were surprised by guards with guns. Then the leader came in with Irina on his arm, smiling. She kissed the bad guy.
Next, Jack and Syd were in separate cells and the leader and Irina were interrogating Jack, asking him who Sark is working with. The leader (I cannot remember his name) informed Jack that he was Irina's KGB supervisor and that he arranged their marriage. He was then called out and Irina took over. She leaned in and told Jack she was caught and had to pretend. She said they weren't going to detonate the nukes, they were going to use them to activate a Rambaldi artifact that had something to do with endless life. She apologized, grabbed Jack's hand and then clocked him upside the head with the gun. Syd was watching all this, horrified.
When Jack sat up, he realized he had the cell keys in his hand. He got out, let Syd out, and they went after the nukes.
Meanwhile, Vaughn had failed to convince the Indians not to attack, but the general had given him a helicopter and a head start to try to find the Bristows.
Jack and Syd came upon a room where the group had assembled and they were using the nukes to open a sphere. When the sphere opened, a flower was inside. At this point, the Indian missiles started hitting the building and Jack and Syd made a play for the nuke cores and Irina. The leader realized Irina was working against him and went to shoot her, but Jack saved her. The 3 got out with the cores and the plant -- Vaughn showed up in time to whisk them away.
Back in LA, Irina was returned to her cell and smiled to find a mattress, pillow and blanket. Sydney came in and thanked her, calling her "mom". After Sydney left, Irina cried.
Vaughn told Syd the flower was being tested and seemed to be over 400 years old. He then held out two tickets -- not sure to what? Because the next scene showed Syd, Will & Francie playing mini-golf while the Stones' "Emotional Rescue" played. Vaughn watched them from a distance.
Oh, and Sloane! I forgot about him! Tests proved the finger was Emily's and that she was alive when it was cut off. The blackmailer called and asked for $100 million in bearer bonds. Sloane went to the Alliance and filled them in. They reminded him that even if he got Emily back, she would then have to be killed.
Sloane had Marshall put an invisible tracer liquid on the bonds and made the drop. Marshall was following the tracer from SD-6. Sloane was directed via cell phone to pick up an envelope -- inside were photos of Emily all beat up. At this point, Marshall's trace signal disappeared. That's it on the Sloane front.
For next week, Faye Dunaway comes in as an Alliance investigator on the Emily case, and Sydney is sent on a mission with Marshall.
I read that TV Guide this week has some spoilers, and that it even reveals who the blackmailer is. I'm gonna skip it, I want to be surprised.

One thing I forgot was that when Syd was talking to Irina back in LA, Irina explained why she'd shot Sydney in Tai Pei. Apparently the rebel leader (from the PFR) had been watching them from the next room, and shooting Sydney in the shoulder was the only way Irina could think of to save Sydney's life and give her time to escape.
