I received an offer from my Disney Visa....a complimentary (air fare) "Companion ticket"....to Disney Land...The cost of the other air fare ticket would go on my Disney Visa Card...This all expires in November...I must say it is tempting...I really had been thinking about going to Disney Land....having not been in over 40 years....I do go to Disney World quite often..and have read about the differences....Hmmmmmmm...... :rotfl:

Yes...seems to be a promo offer as Chase sends out the new credit cards replacing the ones from Bank One. That offer came with my new credit card as well...although it was for BOTH Disneyland and Disney World.

1) Yes, got it.
2) Please read the fine print.

3) Compare the offer to discounted tickets from another source.
4) Buy the cheapest.
5) Frequently you must by an expensive ticket for a free companion ticket.
6) Two cheaper tickets bought normally might be less expensive.

My sil received the offer - she called me all excited and asked I received it also with new cards. I did not. She was charging anyway - she needed to charge $400 within a two month period I believe (June through July 05 - now). She has done this and called for the certificate. They are going to mail her a form. She knows about the fine print - if it's not worth it she won't bother - it was for WDW or DL.

Yes, I got one too! It's good until Nov. 06., but you have to mail cert. back by Nov. 05.
For me it's showing 420.00, which would be good price when you break it down. Mailing mine in, and will see what happens. Just because you activate it, doesn't mean you have to use it. You don't pay for anything until you actually book flights.

Thank you for all your answers...I read the fine print....I'll have to think about it...The cost of the plane fare for one is more then what I would normally pay...but, I guess if it actually covers the cost of "two"..it's a decent deal. ::MinnieMo

Thanks for the heads-up. I haven't received my new card yet, but I'll check out the offer. I highly doubt the airfare offer can beat Southwest's fares (even with a 2 for 1), but it's worth it to check it out anyway.
