Ok VCR. But DVRs are very common these days. My mom is about the only person that I know who doesn't have one...she still uses a VCR.
I don't know any 9 year olds that are up doing school work at 10pm? What do they do between 3 and 10 pm?I have a nearly 9 year old.
At 11 I can see on occasion and non school nights but 10pm regularly?
What time do they get up for school??? I can't imagine that if they are regularly staying up past 10 pm that they are getting enough rest when most kids have to be up by 7:30 at the latest. It is recommended that kids that age get 10-11 hours of sleep a night.
Did your grandkids watch the AMA's? A broadcast that was rated TV 14.
No, they didn't get to watch the awards this year. And, if they had been watching, they would have watched with their parents, and their parents would have turned the TV off when they saw Adam's performance.
They are not up every night until 10 doing homework, but once or twice a week they are. They are up early for school, they have to leave for the bus at 7:30 each morning. Recommendations for 10-11 hours of sleep are great if you can get it. Most people don't get the recommended amount of sleep --adults or children.
