Sorry about the news Coleen.

My Mum was diaganosed with stomach cancer this year and had most of her stomach removed. She has recently been given the all clear by the doctor. We even cancelled our holiday this year that has now been re-booked for a shorter time - she's looking forward to going on it now!

Don't give up hope.

Oh my goodness! I was really, really afraid of this when you first posted about your DH! I am so sorry you have to deal with this. That being said I can't believe they would give you a serious diagnosis like that over the phone

Prayers and good thoughts for you and DH! So glad it was Squamous cell and not melanoma. Did they check the tissue around the tumor as well as the lymph nodes?
