The big Media Event is April 30 through May 2.

They're probably just hosting the media at a private party that night in DHS to announce Cars Land and Star Wars Land.
No big deal.

Since May 1 is DHS' 25th Anniversary,my guess is the Media Event that night will be "themed" to that.
