DH threw the code I got from $ in the trash!!!

Yesterday I got a postcard from Dollar Rent-A-Car which had a code on it.

I was going to check it against our ressies to see if I could get a better rate & also try to get a car for my sister, who doesn't have one yet for our trip.

However...................... DH didn't think we needed it because we already have a vehicle so he ripped it into pieces & thew it away in the trash. (tiny pieces that I tried to retrieve this morning!!! YUCK )

Anyway, did anyone else receive this code, and if so, do you know what it is? I thought is was something like CJN & then some numbers also. Can anyone help?

unfortunately i am unable to help with the code but the letters (CJN) that you indicated it may have started with, coud have possibly been an airport code for El Cajon Airport in California. If in fact it was, this could have been a promotion for Dollar at that particular airport. Don't see why you would have gotten it in NY though. Just a stab in the dark.
