DH says he'd rather carry toddler than deal w stroller. Let him?

Let him.

Worst case scenario, he realizes that he needs a stroller and you rent one. No big deal.

I'd let DH try it at Hollywood Studios. It's a smaller park with lots of shows so the walking is much less than all the other three parks. I would actually be more likely to not use a stroller at Magic Kingdom than at Animal Kingdom. AK is just so huge and is tons of walking!

5 hours is a pretty short day. It might be fine to go without on the HS day but definitely not at AK, even if it is only 5 hours. I think he's crazy either way though, the "hassle" of dealing with a stroller is a freak of a lot less than the hassle involved with NOT having one, especially for a 2 year old!

On our first trip DD was 7 years old. I packed an umbrella stroller and DH about had a full on foam-at-the-mouth fit. After we got to Epcot and spent nearly 8 hours there our first day, he conceded that it wasn't actually the world's most horrible idea.
