with VWL!!!
We just got home from our first trip to VWL on feb. 22-25th in a studio on the ground floor, #1543. There are not words to descibe how much we loved VWL. It was fantastic!!!! We like having the "hotel setup" and the amenities that come with such. The DVC pool was perfect for us and and everything was so convenient. We would get a one bedroom next time for the King size bed and the W/D. I did not realize that the laundry facility was way over in the Lodge.
Our room was spotless and had good space. We brought pastries to the room for breakfast and ate out the rest of our meals.
DH was at a convention for 2 of our days but I never got bored. I sat on the patio and read for almost a whole day then wondered over to DTD for some shopping. Also went to MK for a couple of hours but it was not as much fun by myself. Loved my lunches from Roaring Forks and we met some fab people by the hottub/pool. Such fun!!
We cant wait to go back and take our 3 children who will be equally smitten. They have all stayed in the Lodge but not in the villas. Those who own at VWL are very lucky members!
Have a magical day!
PS: if you happen to stay in 1543 or the rooms on either side, please be mindful of the precious mommy duck who is sitting on her nest of 8 eggs next to the patio. it was amazing to watch her each day and the babies should be close to arriving. I was so sad that they did not hatch while we were there as she was the cutest thing!
