development/homes near Gaylord Palms

My DH is attending a conference at the Gaylord Palms and we have decided to turn it into a big family vacation. We want to stay in a vacation home that is as near as possible to the Gaylord Palms since he will be driving there every day. What developments are the closest?

I know the Poinciana Boulavard and Formosa Gardens areas in Kissimmee are fairly close , I would say possibly Terre Verde on PB is the nearest perhaps.
