Just got caught up on your first two updates.

that penguin plane was too cute. I would have loved to ride on that and I am pretty sure I would have squealed in excitement too.

I've never stayed at the AB section of POR so it was cool to see the photos. I am partial to the mansion side myself, but that may be because I like to pretend that I am walking around in real mansions.

Whiskey flight? good lord. I am on the floor just thinking of it. How is someone so itty bitty able to handle that alcohol? I recall a time I had just some wine at lunch with a friend and we followed it with shopping - or maybe drunken shopping. I just remember being drunk in a dressing room. I can't even imagine if I had one whiskey shot, let alone three! You go, girl.

Count me in as someone else who wants to see a pic of the sundress you got.

That plane was very unique and just adorable!

We have stayed at both sides and I like the woodsy feeling of the AB side. However, next time westay there it will be in the mansions so we can try the new Royal room.

I think they watered down the whiskey flight because it really had no effect on her. Now when we went to LaHacienda....well that's a whole other story

Hey All! Sorry it's been so long between posts but things have been really busy here! I hate when real life interferes with Dis-ing. Anyway back to our trip....

When Caitlin left off we had just finished our dinner at Raglan Road and we were off to do more shopping. We wanted to check out the Christmas and kitchen stores. On our way she was snapping pics...

Something on the artsy side...

This place would have been tempting if we weren't so full from dinner

We popped in the Pooh store to check out the bargains.

I found this muffin pan and could not resist!

I have yet to use it, but when I do I know the muffins will taste extra good simply because they're Mickey shaped

I also picked up this towel for the gym. Last year on one of our trips I think you could buy this if you spent a certain amount of money and I didn't get one. When I saw just the towel for $10 it seemed like a good deal and I love the size and how absorbent it is!

We then paid a visit to the Kitchen Store and saw this cute new stuff. However, since it does not go with my kitchen at all, I had to pass it up.

Our final stop of the evening was the Christmas store. Don't you love that place?!

Every kind of Mickey ear ornament you could think of...

With most of our money still left in our pockets we decided to head back to the resort. So that meant another ride on the boat

It was nice to arrive "home" to this pretty sight

The resort is as pretty at night as during the day!

As we were walking back Caitlin was of course taking tons of pictures. When she does this she begins to lag behind me. I realized I was getting quite a bit ahead of her so I turned around to see where she was and I see she has the camera pointed at one of the buildings. I turned to look at what she was photographing and I see a naked man in the window! I yelled at Caitlin "you can't take a picture of that naked man!" and she says "What?!" She was taking a pic of something else and never even noticed the man

After that we had a good laugh and headed to our room to drop off our bags and see if her surprise had arrived. It hadn't

We had a little bit of time to kill before we headed to the Yeeha Bob show so we pulled out the Ipad and the laptop and took advantage of the free WiFi. I have to say we loved having internet while we were at POR and we really missed it when we got to Pop. I'm glad that they are putting free WiFi at all the resorts!

When we were done with our email and web surfing we headed out to catch Bob's show. We went a little early so I could stop at the front desk and ask about her package. There was quite a line for 7:30 at night so guess what Caitlin did while I waited? (this is too easy isn't it?)

Yep, more pictures!

Finally I was waited on and sure enough they had the package. It had been delivered before we arrived and no one had bothered to let us know Getting it handed to me over the counter and then just giving it to Caitlin sort of lacked the element of surprise. So what was it?

A tote filled with all her favorite Disney treats!

Once we had the surprise taken care of it still wasn't quite showtime so we popped in the gift shop. I really like the store there! They had some really cute things and I bought my favorite souvie of the trip!

I love this hoodie and with the chilly mornings on our trip I wore it a lot!

Once we were done shopping we lugged our bags over to the River Roost so we could finally catch Bob's show.

Remember all those seniors I told ya about? Well they are all big Bob fans and the place was packed with senior citizens. Apparently they are Yeeha Bob groupies

We grabbed a seat at the bar and Caitlin ordered an adult beverage while I went to the food court and filled my refillable mug.

What did she have? Why she got the Southern Belle that our PTR readers selected for her.

(and yes between this and the flight earlier she was definitely enjoying being 21 at Disney)

Finally it was showtime and I have to say that we had a blast. Bob is unbelievably energetic and his show gets everyone involved. And he can really rock the piano! I'm serious! His piano actually rocks

When he sang "The Green Grass Grows" he called people to come up and do the motions and Caitlin and I were in that group. We had so much fun acting so silly but that darn song has been stuck in my head ever since

We went back to our seats and then he called up all the ladies and we did a cancan line. Yeah we had a fun night hanging with the senior crowd.

When the set was over we decided to call it a night and headed back to our room. Once we were back Caitlin hit the internet while I called Dale. We didn't stay up too late though because we had an early rope drop in the morning!

I can understand why it's your favorite! POR is probably the most quiet and peaceful Disney resort we've ever stayed at. It is also just lovely.

I think Bob is a riot and an amazing musician. After I saw him I sent him an email and told him how much I enjoyed his show...and..he wrote back. I would love to take my Brother's family over there this summer. I think they might really like it. Of course, its much more entertaining with a few adult beverages. That piano really looks like its going to tip, doesn't it? The magic of Disney.

I have that beach towel. I love it! I actually have two because when I went to HHI I couldn't find mine (Denny had hijacked and accidently hid it from me), so my girlfriends bought me another one. Nothing like a Mickey Beach Towel to cheer you up and spread the magic.

I love the Piano Player at POR! So much fun and a great way to just relax for the evening. I love being able to just sit there and chill out.

Glad to hear that Caitlin got her package finally. That's cute! Was it a set gift or did you get to "put it together" yourself?

POR is so pretty! I love it. I enjoyed walking around there too. It was pretty relaxing....as long as I didn't think about the possibility of snakes or alligators crossing my path.....

Free wifi during your stay? Jealous. We always ended up using the phones as hotspots for the laptop.
