Desserts, what can you recommend for

someone who is not a huge chocolate lover (unless it involves chocolate pudding or mousse and then I'm all over it) and is more into custardy, cheesecakey type desserts.

Just wondering what I have to look forward to. At this point our ADR's are for Sci Fi Dine In, Crystal Palace (dinner), Chefs de France, San Angel Inn and Kona's (breakfast, so no dessert, but I'm sure Tonga Toast is pretty much one giant dessert lol!).

I looked on the menus but didn't see dessert mentioned for Chefs de France or San Angel Inn.

Boma Zebra Domes are the BEST.

Sorry, we didn't eat at any of those places. But I'm convinced this caramel cinnamon roll from Main Street Bakery has to be about the best thing you can spend a Snack credit on.

Those Zebra Domes do sound interesting! Unfortunately we won't be visiting AKL but I do hope to stay there one day. I mean how cool to look out your room and see a giraffe! One day...

I am a creme brulee fan. The one I had at Chefs de France was my favorite of last years trip. We will visit again in Dec. I plan on enjoying it again!!!

Chefs de France has a wonderful creme brulee. I cannot remember anything else--we got the "lunch special" that came with this dessert. If you end up not eating dessert here, you can always go for a snack at the pastry shop (Boulangerie Patisserie) around the corner. They have many things that are not chocolate--napoleon, tarts, etc. Also, one of my favorite places is a small kiosk in France that makes crepes. They can fill it with strawberry filling (I usually get this with a small drizzle of chocolate--yum).

Sorry, I have no idea about the other places. Have a good trip.

At Crystal Palace, the tiramisu and key lime pie were quite tasty.
