It's free to add time. What costs extra is extending the food service, and that is billed as a per-person increment of the regular per-person cost, depending on time.

For example, our per-person food cost was $19.50, and when I asked to extend it by 30 minutes, I was quoted an additional $6 pp plus tax and service charge.
