Does anyone know if you have to pre-order the glass slipper dessert or if you can order it when you order your meal?

All the times at Disney this isn't something we have done yet... eat at CRT.
We are planning to this next time around.
What is the Glass Slipper Dessert, special occasion only or anyone, how do you get it (call ahead lol as already stated), how much, can it be obtained with any of the DDP's???

How do you order this-through the ADR phone number? And how much are they please? I saw a picture and it lookg great but what is the slipper on top of?

It is not glass, it's chocolate.
You can ask for ordering information when you call for your dining reservations - that Cast Member can't set it up for you but should be able to get/give you the correct phone number.
Anyone dining at any Grand Floridian restaurant, or at CRT, may order it. The CRT version is different from the GF version.
I think the CRT one is on sponge cake, but don't quote me.
There are pictures of both versions in the, well, food picture thread.
It is NOT, repeat NOT, included under the DDP or the DxDDP.
