DH and I did desserts around the world when we had AP a few years ago and really wanted to take his folks. They're not super adventurous eaters, so instead of doing full sit downs, we figure we can do a quick service and then enjoy a luxurious dessert later in the evening. Can you do dessert only reservations? Does it make a difference when reserving? Do I just use standard ADRs?

Also, can you do a dessert seating at California Grill in CR for fireworks viewing? How does that work? We're thinking of splitting our hotel between CR and BWI and I thought it might be nice to leave the parks early one night and enjoy the fireworks from the resort.

Thanks!!!

An ADR is an ADR is an ADR. You are reserving a table and a certain number of chairs, not guaranteeing that you will order any particular item or dollar amount.

Cali Grill - I don't know if the Signatures are different, especially with the special fireworks privleges here. But unless someone here has first-hand knowledge to the contrary, I would say that there are no limitations.
