depression what do you take?

I've never taken drugs for depression, but I have been depressed- for me exercise makes a huge difference. Try 20 minutes of jogging a day- you'll be amazed how much better you feel.
 
When my dad passed away I found St. John's Wart to be helpful. It helped get through the "Blah" days. However, it can interfere with BC pills, so that's something to be aware of.
 
Dark chocolate is good for depression, as is direct sunlight.

To aid sleep, try eating a green salad for dinner.

I also find that massages can help elevate mood.
