Deposit usually about 1/4 of cruise price?

I was unable to book a cruise yesterday on the phone. I was able to book just now, but for some reason I didn't think our deposit was nearly as much on our previous 4 cruises. 2 adults and 1 child for a 7 night on the Fantasy, 9b cabin and the deposit is nearly 1/4 of total cruise price. Is that normal? I've been up 2 nights straight with a sick kid, so I'm a little loopy this morning and can barely remember my name. Thanks

I remember getting a deal on our deposit in the past so it wasn't as much. This time I think our deposit was around 20%.

I think the standard deposit is 20%. If you booked a previous cruise on board, that would have given you a 10% deposit. And, sometimes Disney runs specials for 10% deposit.

Thanks for the replies. We've never booked on board, so haven't gotten discounts on previous cruises. Guess my lack of sleep was making me think we had previously paid less, or maybe it was wishful thinking that it would have been less than it is.
