Deluxe Room WL Question

I have been reading these threads for over an hour and have found so much information that I didn't already know. Thanks to everyone! I have stayed at the Wilderness Lodge twice but it's been several years ago. My husband (a heart patient) and I are planing on staying at the Wilderness Lodge (not planing on visiting the parks a whole lot) the week after Thanksgiving. We have been there before at that time and I just love Christmas time at the Wilderness Lodge. I could just sit for hours in the lobby!
My question is: I need a room close to the elevator. Would prefer deluxe concierge. Is there such a thing? Are there any deluxe rooms close to the elevators? Could I add concierge service on to it? I have never stay in a deluxe or used concierge service so would appreciate any information anyone has. Are there any photos of a deluxe room? Thanks for your help!

Yes, and yes.....There are rooms near the elevator and rooms on the conscierge floor near the elevator. You will not have a problem here. I have severe asthma, fibromyalgia, and diabetes and some days never leave the Lodge except for an hour or two. The staff is so accomodating and helpful. Just explain your needs to them and they will help. You will love it there. I am so sploied now I hate to think of going elsewhere .

If by deluxe room you mean one of the junior suites then I believe b/c of the way the rooms are set up that they are either at the ends of the halls or in the middle of the hall that extends out from the lobby. We stayed in one of those rooms this past December, loved it, but we were at the very end of the hall with a view of the lake, geyser (if we leaned out) and the dock. If I can figure out how to scan pictures and post - I will.
