Deluxe Extra Nighttime Hours

BIG CHANGE! Now posted through the end of March, MK's extended hours will be Tuesday instead of Wednesday the last week of March. Hours for the park are not yet posted for that week but we can assume it will probably be a 9 PM closing at MK and Epcot each night too.

I noticed that too! We are going in April and I may change my HS day if MK hours stay on Tuesdays.

We will be there that week and were planning on HS on Tuesday, but may move it to Monday because of this change... kinda throws off my whole plan, but I'm waiting for the hours to be posted next week to make our park reservations.

How are the wait times for Frozen and Remy during the extra night hours? With people being about to get in line right at regular closing, do you have to wait until later for the wait to die down?

Frozen was a walk on during EEH on 1/3. Remy, too, but that was when Remy still used boarding groups. I’m not sure what it’s like now that it no longer requires a boarding group. We did Remy first and checked the wait time for Frozen (10 minutes) at 9:27 pm as we exited Remy.

Aauugh! So annoying to make the change now!
I need to make ADRs early Monday morning, and now I have to decide whether to switch up our schedule to make it to MK on a Tuesday. That was going to be a resort day for us.

I just checked the calendar - monthly view, and it still shows Mondays and Wednesdays for the last week of March.

So the list version and the calendar version aren't in sync.
Any ideas which is more accurate?

Shoot! I'm so wrong. The park hour calendar for March 29 isn't posted yet!
And I'm there the previous week for the extra hours on March 23.
Maybe it's time for me to close the computer tonight...

I just had a question to use EEH do you have to have a park reservation for Magic Kingdom that day if you’re staying at a deluxe or can you just hop there at night?

If you have a park hopper you can pop there at night. That’s what I planned on doing

Man, I hope for some reason this is just for March! I just booked a stay and flights, for a short trip, with our first day on Wednesday, specifically to take advantage of this. UGH.

They need to announce these earlier! Or stick with a pattern. This last minute change is a big deal when you have flights and hotel reservations that are completely booked up!

To be fair, we are going the week of the change and it's not yet 60 days (actually still 9 days from it) so there is still time for us to pivot before we have to book dining.

The hours for that week (besides just this info about extended evening times/dates) are not actually posted. We do know there is a RUNDisney event that week, and that it will be at AK after dark on Thursday, and 5:30 am event at MK on Friday. Not sure why any of that would affect MK on Weds, but without more info about the race weekend (which is semi limited right now) or anything else, we don't know yet.

It's being released on a weekly basis and there has not been a single EEH on a Friday so far so I would not count on it, at all.

Friday Feb 4, but they limit to one day for MK and one for Epcot per week.

Has anyone done the EEH for MK and gone back to the Swan/Dolphin? I'm a little nervous on what transportation back looks like for that.

Hours through 3/29 are posted now and it does appear that extended hours for MK are on Tuesday the 29th.

It's ridiculous they only have these twice a week - and worse that is only Mon & Wed. There should be extra hours at one park every single night, and they shouldn't leave out HS & AK.
