Delta "vouchers"

Hi all!

While at work today DH got a call from Delta. Long story short, when we returned from our Disney trip last November our last flight was into Jackson, MS. Well, we got there and most of our luggage did not. No one could tell us where it was and told us it might be on the following Jackson flight coming in, otherwise, they had no clue. We waited around (almost 3 hours) and luckily it was there. We got it and left. Anyway, almost 3 months later Delta calls DH (today) and inquires about it. They didn't bother checking at the time why now?

DH talked to them and they are sending us "vouchers." I asked DH what kind of vouchers and he didn't ask and has no idea. So, what kind of vouchers are we talking about, flight? If so, that would be great because we are going back to Disney this August!

I got vouchers from USAIR before after a problem that I wrote to them about.
They gave us each $100.00 voucher in which we used to go to Boston.
You may have one that does not state the value, but that allows you to go anywhere in the U.S.
