Dell Desktop @Walmart $298

Went to walmart last night for a few things and came across a Dell Inspiron Desktop for $298. It said is was on rollback and it was originally $498. I bought one and I LOVE it.
Just wanted to let everyone know incase they were in the market or needed one for Christmas presents.

Hope your's works out better for you than it did for us! Our Dell Inspiron was junk, had a life span of just over a year. In July, we bought a Toshiba on "roll back" at Walmart for $348.00 and so far love it. We checked out the reviews before hand as well, and they were mostly positive.

Do you mind telling us which one it is. The one online that is $498 says not sold in stores. TIA.

I've had great luck with Dell - my current desktop is about 5 years old and still limps along. I use it mostly for internet connection - I telecommute so my computing speed is limited by my cable modem more than my CPU!

I am about ready to upgrade though so I think I will check out my local Wal-Mart when I go to town tomorrow.

I love Dell... we just bought another one this year to replace one that was still running after 7 years with no problems. But it was time to upgrade and I'm just as thrilled with the new Dell.
