If it works the same as the past 2 years, you can enter MK as early as 4:00pm with your MVMCP ticket and get your wristband. I believe if you are in the park already you can exchange it at city hall. They did have fireworks last year at the 6:00pm close and then the special MVMCP fireworks later. We prefer to do something else that day and then go back to the room and relax for a couple hours before going to the party.

What I did last year and what I am doing this year is going to MVMCP the day we arrive. We arrive, check in, maybe go downtown for a little while then go to the park between 4 and 5 to get in. We have priority seating arrangements at LTT at 5. This way we do not have to use any of our park passes to get in. They will have everyone with a wristband, who is not eating at a restaurant, go to Toontown and everyone leaves the park. Sorry I can't remember if there were fireworks last time.

To ebaynut31--

I just got off the phone this morning from making a ps for LTT for the night of a MVMCP and the CM told me that not only did you have to have your ticket to MVMCP to get in to the restaurant but you also had to have your ticket to get into the park -- your regular admission. Sorry to give you this news and you never know what they will do when you get to the gate but just thought you might want to know this information.

Since you don't need a regular admission ticket to gain access to MK that evening, we decided that we would do MVMCP the day that we arrive in Orlando. This way, we can check into our hotel and get settled. We have our dinner PS for LTT at 5pm, so we will be at the gates of MK at 4pm and use our MVMCP passes to get in. We shall have our dinner and then go to whatever area that they are using to keep the early party guests in until they clear the park of regular guests. We will be at the back of the park as the party begins allowing us to attack BTMRR and SpMnt early! I can't wait! Mickey

Howdy princess crazy!

I think that CM was wrong. I bet they didn't realize that MVMCP is treated a bit differently than an E-nite. I will of course have my other ticket media with me at the gate, but I don't think it's going to be necessary. Mickey

Lenny: For the 2002 MVMCP's, the fireworks were held at 9:15 PM and the Christmas Parade started at 8:15 PM & 10:40 PM. The fireworks for MVMCP are a double sized showing. They have the regular showing of "Fantasy" followed by fireworks which are choreographed with Christmas music. During this portion of the show, the fireworks are displayed on both sides of Main Street in addition to behind the castle.
