I would suggest, if money is not an option. Book a reservation for one at the California Grill atop the CR. Request a seat at the bar (if they allow you to dine at the bar) It is a beautiful set up. When wishes starts you can go out onto the roof and watch from there. It really is a great place to see the fireworks.
