My girlfriend and I (27/26) are leaving for WDW in 3 weeks and staying for 10 nights, since this is my 4th trip including a solo one she's letting me plan all of our days. Currently, e have 3 MK and HS days but I'm stuck on deciding if we should do 2 Epcot and AK or 3 Epcot and 1 AK days. Outside of FoP and Everest I don't see any reason to go for a second day instead of doing a third at Epcot. We're both foodies so the extra day at Epcot I think would give us more time to finish eating/drinking around the world. But since I'm biased I wanted to get y'alls opinion since this is her first trip to WDW.
