So we're staying at the GCH in Disneyland and in the first 2.5 days, we have gone on kajillion rides (as my son would say). So to mix it up and allow us to enter Disneyland on our last (6th) day with 5-day hopper, I decided to take my son to Universal Studios. I got the Front of Line Pass.
Definition of an awesome parent? One that goes on rides for his/her child knowing that s/he will get super nauseous - keep in mind I am a single parent. OMG. I thought Space Mountain was bad! LOL! For me, Simpsons Ride was worse followed by the Mummy ride. But hearing the joy coming from my son during each ride was awesome - he especially like the Simpsons ride but I just couldn't go on it a second time. I made up for it going on some of the other rides several times.
Funny thing - the Front of the Line pass is a one-time deal but due to technical issues, we were able to use it a few times. They even showed my son using his but not me. Of course, they let us through.
I'm happy to spend the last 1.5 days in Disneyland
