I got worried, thought you had decided not to go and this was they way you were telling me :lmao:.

Iwill be there from the 3rd so throw out some convernient dates and we will see which one is the most convenient!!:goodvibes

Throw me some dates !!The 8th was just a suggestion!!:goodvibes

The 6th is really the only date that works for us. We're coming in that day and leaving on the Fantasy the next. We're staying at Bay Lake Tower and have dinner at Citrico's @7:30. We can host if anyone would like to come check out BLT.

Maybe we can get people into TOTW Lounge. As long as you have a DVC card it is possible.

That was our plan for the MVMCP fireworks? Not sure what the rules are for guests, but it's worth a try. We have a 1br lake view, so we could probably do the water parade too.

Lunch with an imagineer!!! :cool1: That's exciting! Can't wait to hear about it!
I am excited for it. :thumbsup2

It sounds like a good plan. We shall see.

:rotfl2:

I hope you know I am kidding, we change things almost as much as you do ;).

:rotfl2: I want to try it for the newness. I do like the food court and hopefully we will like the room.

subscribing to your report.

I want to see what you plan and how you are doing it.
We are going the following week (dec 8th thru the 15th)

I have only been two disney 3 or 4 times-- and one of those times was a suprise weekend trip when we were coming home from Aruba. It was 300pp cheaper to go to Orlando then to fly straight way home. We went to MK for one day. Never told GD that we were going until we were in the ME bus corral.

Disney World for the holiday season is a bucket list item for me. Honey works retail so going during the holidays is real hard. But his old boss was transferring stores so he got the manager to approve a vacation for this week.

I am traveling with my immediate family-- and their families. I said I was going to pay for the kids-- and then found that 2 of those kids are disney adults... (arghhh)

For this trip it will be all about the new stuff. Trying to fit it all in and getting all the new stuff.

We are celebrating a grand daughters 8th birthday this week on the 10th and eating at the Castle followed by the Christmas Party. (we attended the Holloween Party and i think my family is going to be disappointed in the christmas party-- but it is what it is right)

I tried to get my family to commit to DVC and renting points. Showed them videos etc of the various places. (remember I said it was all about trying something new) and i think this would have given us more space. But they didnt feel that the DVC was disneyesque enough and they wanted Pop. (we already stayed at Pop.)
(and I stayed at the Contempory for our surprise weekend when i got a 40% off pin- how do i go back to Pop after that.

By the time i got them to commit to the renting points there was nothing available for our week (sigh)

We own a time share in Aruba. (I didnt get that far in your report to see about your trip. I LOVE aruba but i had to compromise Aruba for Disney this year.

We are also avid cruisers-- first cruise was 2000 and we are off on number 19 in august out of New York

I finally got over here to check things out! Sorry!

You are going at a great time! I love the holidays at Disney. I'm kinda sad that our next trip won't be at the holidays. I won't know what to do without all the Christmas decorations! :confused3

Your ADR's look great! You have a great line up. Did I miss it, do you do the dining plan?

Interested in what changes could be coming to your trip! :hyper:

Scott you are the first person to evah change plans:rotfl2::rotfl2:I am usually all set withe resort ( POP) but have a hard time with dates and adrs !!!:rotfl2:Have been known tio change quite a bit!!!:lmao:

We will be there then too. We are there till the 13th.

That would be a nice surprise. Aruba is also very nice.

:thumbsup2 I am going to work retail so I hope it is not going to be a problem.

:lmao: get the list of who is going first before offering.

I love seeing new stuff. We will be having a relaxing trip as usual.

I love the Christmas party except for the crowds. :rotfl2: I am sure they will love it.

I am DVC and we still love POP. Sometimes renting points is cheaper then staying at a value. The only DVC I did not find Disneyeque was Kidani.

Yeah! DVC is really busy that week. We will be SSR thankfully we got in.
We own a time share in Aruba. (I didnt get that far in your report to see about your trip. I LOVE aruba but i had to compromise Aruba for Disney this year.
I am thinking of buying one there at Playa Linda.
We are also avid cruisers-- first cruise was 2000 and we are off on number 19 in august out of New York
never cruised yet but one day I will.
See above and welcome.

No problem. Glad you are here.
We have been once before but this time should be a lot of fun. Seeing friends and going with a friend.
We are doing the dining plan just for the AofA part. We have Tables in Wonderland and will use that the rest of the trip.
About to post them now.

Scott you are the first person to evah change plans:rotfl2::rotfl2:I am usually all set withe resort ( POP) but have a hard time with dates and adrs !!!:rotfl2:Have been known tio change quite a bit!!!:lmao:
:lmao:
Just a little bit.

I guess you can tell from the title what the change was. We are now flying down.

We are still leaving the same day, the 29th but now we will arrive down there around 6:30ish and so we will have all day Saturday at Universal or Seaworld. I am still trying to figure out the schedule but will definitely know this week. I hope.
I will start writing days up soon, I promise. I started a new job and am now selling trips to Disney so been a little busy with that.

Sad we won't be driving but happy we will get there sooner and have an extra day of park time.

Up next,

Day 1 plans begins

I thought you might change to flying eventually. I have checked prices and it just won't work for us. Southwest and Airtran are over $400 a person. Gas would cost less than that. UsAir is about the same and there are luggage fees. Delta was $800 a person or more. :scared1: Jet Blue flies out of Philly now but you have to go to Boston first, there aren't as many flights and they are high too.
Jim likes driving so I will give in on this one.

Vinny wanted to. I knew he would and the way the prices keep going up and down it seemed the right time to do it. We got roundtrip for $268. I did not think it was bad. We have gotten better but we are dealing with Thanksgiving weekend.
You could go to JFK and fly. I know a parking garage that shuttles you over and it was $130 for the week. They even gave us a day back because we arrived early.
