We haven't done many Disney cruises (just 3) but they have all been on Magic Class and all in the Deluxe Family Oceanview Verandah cabin, twice as 4A or 4B, once (this last one) as a V. They may change the entire deck to concierge eventually. On the Wonder, the lounge could definitely handle the increase, especially if they make sure to keep extra family members or friends who aren't in concierge cabins from coming in with concierge guests. We were closer to aft in our first, closer to forward in the second and midship (V) on this last one. We had a little bit of scraping of chairs in this last one, but didn't notice it on the other cruises, nor any smells. However, on our only cruise on the Magic (a Mediterranean one), a gentleman in the same area (forward) but 2 decks below us, complained about the diesel smell being overpowering in his cabin. Honestly, I think it really depends on how soundly you sleep or how sensitive you are to smells. I would choose a sound problem over a smell one if you are sensitive, since you can always bring a sound machine to cover up the sounds, but trying to use a smell to cover another smell might exacerbate the problem, especially if strong smells give you headaches (like jet fuel does to me). Hope you enjoy your room. I loved them. Being so close to the upper decks was nice and that extra bit of space does make a difference for moving about (especially on a longer cruise).
