I have some questions? Is anyone worried about the large number of people in the share? We did one last year for our WDW trip which had only 7 people in it. Even with that number we had horribly long waits every time we made a change to a photo since it seemed to have to reload all of the pictures onto the screen each time. And if you are one of the last to upload yours, there is an enormous number of photos already there. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? I would be willing to pay more to be in a smaller group if it would help this problem.

Also, were you going to rearrange the people in the shares to be better grouped by dates, say an early Dec. and later Dec. share?

I was in one in June with about 15 people. I didn't notice a problem. Maybe there were less pictures and photo ops than one might encounter in WDW? We only had about 50 photos for our family. Not sure the total on the CD though.

I have a group of 7 right now, and it's a little slow loading all the photos, but not too bad editing from what I can tell.

I was thinking about splitting it as close to half as possible by the ending trip dates. Those with earlier dates should be able to get their pics sooner that way.

I'm just a tad confused, though, since I've never even heard of photopasses, until here. So, basically, we get the card and the park photogs take our pictures wherever, and then instead of going to that place in Disneyland to buy our pictures, we have them printed up at our own facility? Also, we all divide the full cost of it and then receive our own CD's? Do we just provide our card # in order to access the pics? I'm not sure how we get our pics.

Also, when would we be able to start printing out our pics? Would we HAVE to wait for the CD?

You pretty much have it. When you get to the park, get a card or more than one if you like, and get your pictures taken. I am not sure what happens if you buy any pictures in the park. I know we did the free one you get for the Disney Visa promotion in DCA, and everything turned out fine. When you get back from your trip, I will send you the account information on where to enter the card. This way you can add borders or edit them any way you see fit. Once everyone is done, or 30 days after the first person entered their card (whichever comes first), I will order the CD. Once I get the CD, I will put them up on snapfish.com as well as burn and mail individual CDs for everyone in the group. If you want to print them yourself right away, I believe you can save them. You can print them yourself, go to your favorite photo printing place, or order the prints directly from snapfish. The total cost for the CD is turning out to be $11.55 for this share.
