December or March??

DH and I are trying to decide whether to visit the World this coming December, or next March. We've never been at either time and don't know which to choose. We've come up with a few benefits to each time, so which would you choose??

December - Christmas decorations and MVMCP, unpredictable weather

March - extended hours and fantastic weather, no special events

I'd go with December - the crowds tend to be lighter. Longer hours mean larger crowds.

I would choose December. That is our favorite time because of the lower crowds and Christmas time is just plain "magical" at WDW. Debby

December, I've never been there in March, but wouldnt' want to hit the spring break crowd. My very favorite time at Disney World is December!!!

We went this last December from the 5th-16th and it felt like we had the place to ourselves!! Very short to non-existent lines--we LOVED it. Would find it hard to go at any other time!!

So December it is!! That works out great anyway, because I just got a credit back for travel on Southwest that has to be used before the end of the year. Great excuse, huh?!?!
