In an effort to be ambitious, I figured out my training plan for the next three months. I have a 5k on 1/13, 2/10, a 10k on 3/9, and a half marathon on 3/30.
So, with all that coming up, (and not having much to do at work today,
), I think I've devised a pretty busy plan. 3 days a week for running (thank you Mr. Galloway)
, 1-2 days a week of yoga class
, walking 4-5 days a week at lunchtime
and 1-2 days off each week
. All that and a quickie trip
to the Mouse
at the beginning of February is going to make Kymmie either a very happy
or a very grumpy
girl! Anybody want to join me?
