Another 30 minutes of walking at lunchtime today. Too hot to go any further today...

It's almost halfway through the month. How is everybody doing? Are you almost halfway to your goal? We've got one turquoise (way to go!). I've got some work ahead of me, that's for sure! Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...:fish:

Bike: 23 minutes
Morning Walk: 34 minutes.
Evening Walk/Run: 79 minutes

Total for today: 136 minutes

I ran/walked 1.6 miles tonight! Yippee!!! No pain while running so we will see what happens tomorrow and later tonight with the ankle. Plus 10 min of core brings me to

270/800!!!

I will make this goal if I have to spend half of nye exercising! The scale also hit a new low this morning!!! :)
 
What is WERQ? I'm intrigued!

It's a dance fitness class to the "Top 40" type songs with some hip-hop songs thrown in. It originated in Chicago and I live about 90 minutes away so it is really catching on around here. You can google it...I know they have a web site with a sample song. It is the fastest hour of class ever! Guess that's a sign that I really enjoy it!
