2 hr 18 min run/walk. Today was my loong run day. Supposed to be 8 miles made it 7.65 and had to stop because of calf cramps.

Sorry about the calf cramps!Have you tried Endurolytes? They are a Hammer product and made in MT so easily found in the NW. Rose is the one who told me about them.

I did spend 5 days at Disney walking 10 miles each day with one day actually getting in 13 miles, then came home and worked 3 12 hour shifts at the hospital. Not used to getting that many miles in all in one week so maybe my legs were rebeling at the total miles.
