December Exercise Challenge

2 hr 18 min run/walk. Today was my loong run day. Supposed to be 8 miles made it 7.65 and had to stop because of calf cramps.

75 minutes yesterday, 60 today. I think I'm up to 450 total so far.
 
20 minutes today and 10 last night (pt was all I managed) to get me to 175/800. I really can't wait to put in some real minutes...

435/1200 -- 36%

Sorry about the calf cramps! :flower3: Have you tried Endurolytes? They are a Hammer product and made in MT so easily found in the NW. Rose is the one who told me about them.

12/7-32 mins elliptical, 12/8-54 mins intervals/pushups, 12/9-58 mins run/walk,dog walk

brings December total to: 505/1200...almost halfway there! woo hoo!!:cool1::banana:
 
30 min walking in the woods this morning. 36 min run this afternoon.

I had my usual pre run drink of Endurox 4 and drank Accerlade during my run which both have the elytes in them. Combined would be about 8 of the Endurolytes. I also added some water with NUNN when I got home and was still cramping some. :confused3

I did spend 5 days at Disney walking 10 miles each day with one day actually getting in 13 miles, then came home and worked 3 12 hour shifts at the hospital. Not used to getting that many miles in all in one week so maybe my legs were rebeling at the total miles.

Lots of walking by myself and with my dog plus a little bit of stretching and weight training brings me to 589/2000.

Tonight, it is 71 degrees [7:30 pm]. This time tomorrow it will be 31 degrees! Brrrrr....
 
Alrighty. Starting out at 90/1500.
Had another 45 workout Friday and a 136 minute workout today. So I'm now at 271/1500.
 
Just wanted to start the week with a Monday morning weigh-in brag! After 11 months, I FINALLY hit the 1-teens!!!!!! :cool1::cheer2::banana::woohoo::yay::dance3: :jumping1:

I will also join the Monday morning weight loss brag! ( thanks plutobaby ) I got on the scale today and lost 30 pounds since April!
