I had my usual pre run drink of Endurox 4 and drank Accerlade during my run which both have the elytes in them. Combined would be about 8 of the Endurolytes. I also added some water with NUNN when I got home and was still cramping some.
I did spend 5 days at Disney walking 10 miles each day with one day actually getting in 13 miles, then came home and worked 3 12 hour shifts at the hospital. Not used to getting that many miles in all in one week so maybe my legs were rebeling at the total miles.
