My ultimate goal for Dec-Feb is to shed some extra pounds to get to a better running weight before any races I sign up for next year. I have about 15 to lose. I want to do the wine & dine again in November and probably the Pittsburgh half in May and I have a hard time losing weight when running the high mileage.
